Refund policy

NordicHQ sells digital ebooks. Access is granted as soon as payment confirms.

If you cannot open an ebook you paid for, reply to your receipt email. We will restore access or refund the payment when the file or membership did not work as sold.

Refunds are handled through the original Whop payment. Chargebacks should be a last resort after you have written to us.
